Unpopular Opinion
While it seems the more unpopular opinion, I actually really like Eclipse. I was never that fond of the old layout, even when I joined ten years ago. I understand the bulk of complaints about Eclipse is that most people seem to think it's not user friendly. I have a hard time understanding this, as I switched to Eclipse the week they were still beta testing it, and haven't had a single problem navigating any portion thus far. It all seems very straight forward to me. So, then, the question becomes, what is this really about? Perhaps some people feel slighted by the fact that they were not personally asked their opinion on the subject. Perhaps others feel intimidated by having to learn a new layout. Or, perhaps, still others simply find the older site more appealing, out of nostalgia or simple "comfort zone" appeal. Whatever the reasons, I can't fathom why anyone would try to organize a true takedown of a website that many use as their bread and butter during these difficult times
Submission Avalanche Incoming
So, some of you may have been wondering what I've been up to for the last year or so, and why my submissions have been almost non-existent. Well, this is why. I have a job as an illustrator for a publishing company, and for freelance authors. I also write books for this publishing company, so as you can imagine, they keep me busy. I've decided to upload a few of my published covers here, so you guys can see what I've been up to.
I reiterate, these designs were commissioned, and the commissioners now own the rights to these designs, so PLEASE do not post them on other sites or use them to make other art.

Totally Swamped!
And happy about it!
I've had a boatload of clients coming out the woodwork lately. Which, considering I have a mortgage to pay, is a good thing...however, it also means I have a lot less time for personal work, which is basically all I post on this site.
I've been thinking of posting some of my professional work on here, but the theft problem has my attention, so I'm cautious when it comes to that kind of thing.
Anyway, I'm not gone from DA, just very busy. I'll be posting things from time to time, but likely not that often.
